Powerhouse Runners all set for Oxford Half Marathon

Our Didcot Powerhouse Runners have been training hard for the Oxford Half Marathon on 15th October 2023 which takes place in the iconic City of Oxford. Please show them your support and encouragement by making a donation here.

The runners who have taken up charity places for Powerhouse are Victoria Haval, Philip Campbell, Jeremy Kay, Thomas Ridgeley, Wayne Shears and Charlotte Slade. Victoria has led the way by organising the event for Powerhouse and recently took over Didcot Parkrun with volunteers, to raise awareness of the impact of Powerhouse’s work locally and to enlist runners for the half marathon.

Funds received will go to the 2024 round of grant-giving early next year, benefitting local organisations in the community in and around Didcot who often miss out on some of the larger grants.
